Note 3: The controller will work after connecting to the console. I don't think streaming resolution is higher than 1080p so that resolution should be enough. Note 2: In Bluestacks settings you can change emulator's resolution from default 720p to 1080p or even 4K. If it still doesn't work try adding Bluestacks to Steam library.
